HANetf Giveaway Terms & Conditions | January 2026 

1. Promoter 
1.1 This promotion is run by HANetf Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN, England (the “Promoter”) 
2. Eligibility and entry 
2.1 This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who are residents of the United Kingdom and European Economic Area (EEA) at the time of entry. 
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, agents, affiliates, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter. 
2.3 To enter the giveaway, participants must submit their name, email address and postal address via the designated form on the Promoter’s website during the promotion period. 
2.4 Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified. 
2.5 Entries will be deemed valid only where all required information is submitted accurately and in full. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. 
2.6 No purchase or payment is required to enter. 
3. Promotion period 
3.1 The giveaway will open in January 2026 on the date and time specified on the Promoter’s website and will close once fifty (50) valid entries have been received. 
3.2 Entries received after the first fifty (50) valid submissions will not be eligible. 
4. Prize 
4.1 The prize consists of one (1) HANetf branded cap per successful entrant. 
4.2 A total of fifty (50) caps are available. No cash alternative or substitution will be offered. 
4.3 The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged. 
5. Winner selection and fulfilment 
5.1 The first fifty (50) valid entries received during the promotion period will each be deemed successful recipients of a prize. The winners will be chosen at random from the successful giveaway entrants. HANetf is not under any obligation to share with entrants the process by which a winner is chosen. 
5.2 Successful entrants will be contacted by email using the address provided at entry to confirm delivery details. The email will come from media@hanetf.com and no other email addresses. 
5.3 Successful entrants must provide a valid delivery address upon application. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize. 
5.4 Prizes will be dispatched via postal service, inclusive of the win. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delays, loss, or damage during delivery. 
5.5  Winners are not guaranteed a prize, and HANetf reserves the right to withhold the prize at any time. 
5.6 The Promoter will make a charitable donation of an amount determined at its sole discretion to a charity of its choosing in connection with this promotion. No alternative charity or donation arrangement may be requested. 
5.7 By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter using, reproducing, and publishing any images or content in which they tag the Promoter on social media in connection with the promotion, for the Promoter’s promotional and marketing purposes, without additional compensation. 
6. Data protection and privacy 
6.1 Personal data submitted in connection with this giveaway will be processed by the Promoter in accordance with applicable UK and EU data protection laws. 
6.2 By entering this giveaway, users are opting in to receive email communications from the Promoter in the future and their data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

7. Liability and rights of the Promoter 
7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions or suspected of fraudulent or abusive behaviour. 
7.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or cannot be submitted due to technical issues. 
7.3 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the giveaway at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8.1 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X, LinkedIn, Reddit or any social media platforms. By entering, participants release X, LinkedIn, Reddit and all social media platforms from any liability in connection with this giveaway.
